VTechX Hub uses artificial intelligence as a core component of its editorial pipeline. This statement explains precisely what AI does, what it does not do, where human oversight applies, and how we ensure content meets quality and accuracy standards before publication.
Last updated: June 6, 2026
Every article published under the VTechX Hub Desk byline is produced through a structured 5-stage editorial pipeline powered by AI. Each stage has a specific responsibility and quality threshold. No stage can override another — content that fails at any gate is discarded.
Stage 1 — Source Discovery
Monitors curated technology and business publications across India and the world continuously. Scores each story across five dimensions: recency, source authority, topic uniqueness, estimated impact, and trend velocity. Only stories exceeding our internal quality threshold advance to the next stage.
Stage 2 — Research & Deduplication
Checks all passing topics against recent published articles using semantic similarity detection to prevent near-duplicate content. Conducts additional research to enrich the editorial brief — context, key facts, and initial analysis that the generation stage will use.
Stage 3 — Insight Writing
Generates the full article using frontier large language models. The model is instructed to produce original analysis — not paraphrase the source. Every article must include expert perspective, market implications, and forward-looking signals. Articles that are too short or thin are automatically rejected at this stage.
Stage 4 — Editorial Review
A separate AI model independently scores the generated article on two dimensions: originality (0–10) and quality (0–10). It also assesses legal risk (low / medium / high). Articles scoring below the quality threshold are rejected. High legal-risk content is flagged for manual admin review and cannot auto-publish. This stage has no knowledge of who generated the article — it is a clean second opinion.
Stage 5 — Signal Ranking
After publication, each article is scored on a 0–100 signal scale combining editorial quality, freshness, trend velocity, and source authority. This determines which articles appear as 'High Signal' and how content is ranked in the feed.
We use large language models (LLMs) from leading AI providers. Model selection is task-specific: efficient models handle classification and scoring; frontier models handle content generation and editorial review. Specific model versions are not published as they are updated regularly to maintain quality.
| Task | Provider |
|---|---|
| Signal scoring & topic discovery | OpenAI / Anthropic |
| Duplicate & similarity detection | OpenAI / Anthropic |
| Article generation | OpenAI / Anthropic |
| Editorial quality & legal review | OpenAI / Anthropic |
| AI Chat (/ask) — primary LLM | Groq (llama-3.3-70b) → OpenAI fallback |
| SEO metadata & internal linking | OpenAI |
| AI image generation | OpenAI |
| Marketing & engagement copy | OpenAI |
Model configurations are reviewed regularly. We upgrade to more capable versions when they demonstrably improve factual accuracy or editorial quality. We never use a single provider exclusively — the pipeline is designed to be model-agnostic.
The VTechX Hub pipeline is not fully autonomous. Multiple human-controlled checkpoints govern what is published:
Admin approval gate
All high legal-risk content flagged by the CEO Agent requires manual admin review before publication. This cannot be bypassed by the pipeline — it is a hard gate.
Pipeline quality monitoring
Our editorial team reviews pipeline quality metrics weekly. If average quality scores drop or rejection rates spike, the pipeline is paused for manual review before resuming.
Scoring threshold control
The minimum signal score, quality threshold, and daily article quota are all human-set parameters in the admin panel. These are reviewed and adjusted based on content quality audits.
Manual article editing
Any published article can be manually edited or unpublished by an admin at any time. Corrections are applied within 24 hours of a valid report.
Category and source governance
The publications monitored by the pipeline, the categories enabled for content generation, and the per-category article limits are all manually configured and reviewed.
We correct factual errors promptly. If an article contains an inaccuracy, outdated information, or a misleading claim:
Factual accuracy: Intelligence-curated content is reviewed for accuracy through multiple editorial stages. For critical decisions, we recommend verifying with primary sources. We are an intelligence layer, not a primary news wire.
Financial content: Nothing published on VTechX Hub constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market analysis is editorial commentary only.
Health and medical content: Any health-related content is for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Signal scores: AI signal scores reflect our pipeline's assessment of content quality and relevance — not an endorsement of the views expressed in the source material or the companies mentioned.
Timeliness: The pipeline runs daily. Breaking developments that occur after the daily run may not appear in the feed until the next cycle.
VTechX Hub does not share user data with AI model providers for training purposes. Content preferences and engagement signals are used only to rank and personalise the feed within the platform — they are not sold to third parties or used to train external models.
