A) Privacy & Legal Rules

• No personal or sensitive data: phone numbers, email addresses, Aadhaar/PAN, bank details, passwords, login credentials, or private screenshots.
• No direct copying or republishing of news articles or YouTube content. Use only original writing, legally permitted embeds, or official APIs.
• All submitted content must comply with VTechX Hub's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• No AI-generated content that mimics or plagiarises specific third-party sources without attribution and transformation.

B) SEO Quality Standards

• Title must be clear, keyword-inclusive, and under 120 characters.
• First paragraph must describe the topic and naturally include the primary keyword.
• Use proper H2/H3 headings — do not use all-bold paragraphs as structure substitutes.
• Include at least one internal link to another relevant page on this platform.
• Images must be compressed and include descriptive ALT text.

A) Privacy & Legal Requirements (Mandatory)

• No personal or sensitive data may appear in any blog, including: phone numbers, email addresses, Aadhaar or PAN details, exact home address or location, passwords, login details, bank information, or private/confidential screenshots.
• No direct copying or republishing of news articles, YouTube scripts, or other online content. Permitted sources: your own original writing, legally allowed embeds, and official APIs.
• All content must fully comply with VTechX Hub's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and must not contain harmful, misleading, or illegal information.

B) SEO Requirements (Mandatory for Approval)

• Blog title must be clear, meaningful, include a main keyword, and be under approximately 90 characters.
• First paragraph must explain the topic clearly and contain the main keyword naturally.
• Content must use H2 or H3 headings for sections — all-bold paragraph formatting is not acceptable.
• Must include at least one internal link to another blog or page on vtechxhub.com.
• If images are used: they must be optimised or compressed, and must include descriptive ALT text.

A) Strictly Prohibited Content

• Sexual, explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Nudity, sexting, or sexual solicitation
• Gambling, betting, casino, fantasy sports, or money-winning promotions
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Violence, self-harm promotion, or dangerous activity guides
• Illegal activities, scams, phishing, or deliberately misleading claims
• Extremist, radical, or terror-adjacent content
• Profanity, toxic behaviour, or targeted personal attacks
• Sharing private personal data (phone, email, ID numbers, addresses, etc.)

B) Automated Moderation System

The platform uses AI-based moderation tools to analyze content for:

• Restricted keywords and unsafe linguistic patterns
• Toxicity, profanity, hate speech, and threatening language
• Sexual or explicit behaviour (direct or indirect)
• Gambling and betting intent
• Illegal, harmful, or misleading information
• Privacy violations or sensitive data exposure

Content may be blocked automatically if it violates any rule. Blocked content is logged and is not recoverable without admin review.

C) Enforcement & Penalties

Depending on severity, violations may lead to:

• Content rejection
• Reduced visibility in search results
• Temporary publishing or account restrictions
• Permanent account suspension for repeated violations

D) No Gaming, Gambling, or Adult Promotions

VTechX Hub does not promote gaming, gambling, betting, adult content, or money-winning schemes. Any attempt to submit such content will be blocked automatically and may lead to immediate account action.

A) Free Tier — Lifetime Article Cap

• Free accounts may publish up to 5 articles in total — this is a lifetime cap per account, not a monthly allowance.
• Rejected articles do not count toward the 5-article lifetime limit. Only articles with status 'pending', 'approved', or 'published' consume a free slot.
• Drafts that have not been submitted for review do not consume a free slot.
• Once the 5-article lifetime limit is reached, the free account cannot submit further articles. Upgrade to the paid plan to continue.
• Free plan article slots are non-transferable and cannot be reset by creating a new account.

B) Paid Plan — Credits & Pricing

• The paid Contributor plan costs ₹499 one-time (not a recurring subscription). This is a single payment for a credit bundle.
• Each paid plan purchase grants 25 article credits. Credits have no time expiry and remain available indefinitely.
• 1 credit is deducted per published article. Credits are only consumed when an article is approved and published — rejected articles do not consume credits.
• Paid contributors receive 1 do-follow SEO backlink per published article, subject to editorial guidelines. Affiliate, gambling, adult, and spam links are not permitted.
• Paid contributors receive priority editorial review within 48 hours. Free contributors are reviewed within 7 days.
• Additional credit bundles may be purchased at any time. Credits stack across purchases.
• Credits are account-specific and non-transferable to other VTechX Hub accounts.

C) Refunds

• If you do not receive the service promised (article credits, priority review, do-follow backlink, or AI writer access), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your registered email address and payment reference.
• Refunds are not available once the purchased credits have been used to publish one or more articles.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

D) Content Ownership & Licensing

All articles submitted through the Contributor Program remain the intellectual property of the submitting user. By publishing on VTechX Hub, contributors grant VTechX Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, index, distribute, and promote the content on the platform and its feeds. Contributors may request removal of their published articles by contacting [email protected].
